Aim

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of green synthesized zinc oxide nano particles on human lung cancer cell line (A549) on both the molecular and cellular level where BCL6B, CDH1 cadherin 1, and VEGFC genes are targeted to evaluate their expression after the treatment.

Progress

1. Chose the best method for reduction of zinc to Nanoparticles by green syncretization
2. Extracted the plant and added it to Zinc to reduce it to Nano scale
