Although the participant is encouraged to seek the advice and support of CEB on special problems that may arise, such advice does not diminish the participant's responsibility for making sound scientific and administrative.

The participant must commit to the project timeline and the theoretical and practical schedule, keeping in mind that exceeding 40% of the project duration of absence gives CEB the right to terminate the participant from the project.

All costs are non-refundable, and participants should commit to paying either the deposit or the installments on the agreed timeline but the registrant is allowed to nominate another person to take his place.

Participants must pay 5%+ of the installment in case of installment one-week delay, 10%+ of the installment in case of installment two-week delay and any further delay gives CEB the rights to terminate the participant from the project.

Content of project reports required from the participant is required every week or month, the Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR), as implemented by CEB, must be used for the preparation of monthly or weekly project reports to address progress in all activities of the project.
